Who we are

Elevait Ltd ("we", "us") is a company registered in England & Wales, company number 16158834, registered office 5-7 Welling High Street, Welling, England, DA16 1TR. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

When you submit the audit enquiry form we collect the name, work email address and free-text description of your operational bottleneck that you choose to provide. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels on this site.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange your free audit. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you initiated). If we later send you marketing, we will ask for your consent first, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who sees it

Enquiries are delivered by email through Resend, our email provider, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both act as our data processors. We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else except where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Where we go on to work together, contract records are kept for 6 years as required for tax purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email omarbkr@elevait.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Because we set no non-essential cookies, no consent banner is required.
